Yet another adobo recipe
And I still didn’t have bay leaves.
As I type, I have the pork and chicken on the stove. Waiting for it to become tender. The recipe I based it from is here.
The recipe also required paprika but, uh, it’s not a common thing in the office so I am not using that.
